of marine organisms. From my childhood days, I have been a "life watcher," observing
plants and animals in general, whenever and wherever I find them. No evolutionary theory
seemed to match my observations because organisms were too "fit"; so the evolutionary
mechanism could not be erratic or random; but must have a direction to make them "fit."
When many elements are involved, there must be "communication" or "interaction" between
these elements to arrive at a "fit" condition. The Evolutionary Mechanism proposed in the
prevailing dominant theory of Evolution continues to be fundamentally Darwinian and
flawed to say the least. Mutation and Natural Selection are being mathematically
manipulated to prove that it can drive Evolution. This in my opinion is pseudo-science. So I
ponder over it for nearly 30 years and finally decided to write about it. The result is this
article on the New Theory of Evolution and the Laws of Evolution. Completing this article
has given me immense relief and satisfaction. I felt that since my head had the intellectual
opportunity to think-up this Theory, I also had an obligation to share it with others.

The work on sturgeons is more recent. As the scientist and manager of a large sturgeon
farm in California, I had the opportunity to examine these sturgeons more closely than most
scientists out there. In fact, in 2004, when I first saw these sturgeons, I knew there was a
taxonomic error because the two sturgeon types were so diffent morphologically, that they
could not have belonged to the same species. Two years have passed since; this taxanomic
error was causing a lot of confusing in the research work of others and was leading them
to wrong theories. So, I found the time and made the effort to write these two papers.
